Neubility joins other shortlisted companies to further develop its concepts at the Oxagon X McLaren Accelerator program
Neubility’s autonomous mobile robot service platform has been shortlisted for McLaren’s accelerator program as the final stage gets underway.
The Oxagon X McLaren Accelerator is a global program co-hosted by the Neom futuristic industrial complex Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and supercar maker McLaren.
Neubility qualified for the program with its smart locker solution and its self-driving robot that can help with last-mile deliveries.
Companies selected for the Oxagon X McLaren Accelerator program were chosen for their focus on supply chain management technologies, including asset tracking, pick and pack robotics, and last-mile delivery solutions. In the first stage, companies had access to one-on-one workshops, with a demonstration day for participants to pitch their technologies.
Shortlisted companies can further develop their concepts at Oxagon and move designs to pilot testing.
The winning business will join Neom’s supply chain and logistics team, with its technology hoped to improve Neom’s supply chain network and further accelerate its development.
“Oxagon, an advanced industrial complex in Neom attracting keen attention from around the world, is deemed to be especially meaningful because it is a futuristic city equipped with flawlessly automated logistics systems,” said Lee Sang-min, Neubility’s CEO. “This program will provide invaluable opportunities for Neubility to establish partnerships with Gulf Cooperation Council members and to bring innovation and growth to the world’s last mile market.”
The final stage of the program is set to run for three months.
Plans for Neom were first announced in 2017, with the city envisioned as an example of how to leverage smart city technologies to enable sustainable development. The project is primarily being funded by the Public Investment Fund, Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, which committed $500 billion into the scheme.

The first ‘destinations’ in Neom are set to be available for public visits in 2024.
