Neubility Appoints NH I&S as IPO Lead Underwriter
Advancing a Physical AI–Powered RX Strategy
Neubility has appointed NH Investment & Securities as lead underwriter for its planned KOSDAQ IPO. This step supports our next phase of growth—scaling our robot services and expanding our global footprint.
“Seeing robots used repeatedly in real-world environments—and reaching commercialization—matters.
As we prepare for our IPO, we’ll accelerate technology upgrades and global expansion.”
— Sangmin Lee, CEO of Neubility
Operating at Scale in Real-World Operations
Neubility has been operating outdoor autonomous robot services since 2023. In 2024, we commercialized urban robot delivery in partnership with Yogiyo, and have since expanded into patrol and security use cases—continuously building operational know-how across diverse environments.
Our active service sites grew from 90+ in 2024 to 140+ in 2025. Today, we operate 300+ indoor and outdoor autonomous robots, completing approximately 44,000 service missions annually. These repeated deployments across cities and private facilities have enabled us to steadily accumulate real-world driving and operations data. We’re also expanding internationally through deployments in Saudi Arabia, Japan, and the United States.
Driving Performance with Camera-Based Perception & Decision-Making
Neubie is built on camera-based perception and decision-making. By precisely processing multi-camera data with our in-house AI technology, Neubie is designed to recognize complex urban environments and drive reliably—without relying on LiDAR sensors. This approach strengthens our cost structure while improving scalability and unit economics.
Most recently, we commercialized a Door-to-Door robot delivery service in collaboration with Samsung C&T. The service covers the full Door-to-Door flow—from the building entrance and elevator rides to delivery at each unit’s front door. To date, it has reached approximately 2,700 total orders with an 80% reorder rate.
Preparing for Platform Transition Through a Physical AI–Driven RX Strategy
As we prepare for our IPO, Neubility plans to increase investment in advanced autonomous driving algorithms, scaling our Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) operating infrastructure, and strengthening data-driven platform capabilities.
In parallel, we are advancing our RX (Robot Transformation) strategy—spanning commercialization through platform transition—and are preparing to unveil a humanoid robot in the first half of 2026.
NH Investment & Securities commented, “Amid the Physical AI trend and the growing importance of software, we view the company’s growth potential positively.”
