Neubility Raises 25.1 Billion Won in Series B Funding, Leaps Forward as a ‘Physical AI’ Company

  • Technology prowess reaffirmed with participation from domestic and international strategic investors including Korea Development Bank, Envisioning Partners, former Zinus Chairman Lee Yoon-jae, and European investment firms
  • Expanding beyond delivery and patrol into new ‘humanoid’ ventures... Full-scale launch of AI robot solutions
  • Provides robot services to 142 sites, the highest among domestic robotics companies... Accelerates expansion of ‘urban AI robot ecosystem’ based on driving data

Neubility (CEO Lee Sang-min), a Physical AI-based robot service and platform company, announced on the 10th that it has successfully raised 25.1 billion won (approximately $18 million) in Series B funding. With this round, Neubility has reached a cumulative investment of 55 billion won (approximately $40 million), marking a full-scale leap toward becoming an intelligent robot platform company.

This investment enables Neubility to formally expand its identity beyond an “autonomous robot” company and evolve into a Physical AI company that implements AI in the real world. Neubility has been operating various robot services—including its autonomous robot ‘Neubie’—in real-world environments, advancing its Physical AI capabilities that allow robots to perceive, judge, and respond to situations autonomously. The vast amount of real-world data accumulated through this process, along with the company’s concrete experience and achievements in service commercialization, has been recognized as a differentiated technological asset and served as a key driver for this funding round.

Neubility has secured over 142 service sites to date, accumulating complex urban environment data. It has achieved particularly notable results in the robot delivery service sector, which is directly connected to actual profitability. The reorder rate, an indicator of service satisfaction, reached 80%, a 22% increase year-over-year, demonstrating competitiveness as a sustainable business model beyond a mere technological proof-of-concept.

Neubility is prioritizing investment in three core initiatives: enhancing its urban delivery and logistics robot services(RaaS) and expanding their coverage, accelerating the global deployment of patrol robots in regions such as North America and Saudi Arabia, and advancing humanoid robot technologies that support human tasks.

Neubility has already demonstrated the competitiveness of its camera-based autonomous driving technology in domestic urban areas, providing the highest level of outdoor robot services in Korea. Building on this foundation, the company aims to rapidly expand its global presence through patrol robots while securing future growth engines by extending its reach beyond simple mobility platforms into humanoid technology.

Neubility CEO Lee Sang-min stated, “This investment proves that Neubility’s accumulated robot service experience and Physical AI capabilities over the past years have achieved sufficient competitiveness not only domestically but also in the global market.” He added, “With the secured resources, we will extend the intelligent technologies accumulated in delivery and patrol robots to humanoid robots. We will achieve a technological leap as a Physical AI company that connects the physical world and AI, while expanding robot services both domestically and internationally.”

Neubility is accelerating its overseas business through partnerships with major companies in Japan, Saudi Arabia, and other regions, and it aims to enter the pre-IPO stage based on solid growth and technological advancement.
