2025. 07. 11

Intelligent robotics service platform company Neubility announced on the 1st that it has signed a three-way Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Smart City Association and Dongsung ITech, the operator of the smart parking platform "Elastic Parking," to build future-oriented urban services.

This agreement aims to enhance urban safety and citizen convenience by innovating essential city services—such as illegal parking enforcement, patrolling, and delivery—through autonomous robots and advanced technology solutions.

Neubility plans to leverage its Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform to pilot intelligent urban mobility services including patrol, delivery, and enforcement.

Elastic Parking, operated by Dongsung ITech, is a smart parking platform based on unmanned operation, offering integrated services from parking lot construction to full-scale management.

The Smart City Association will link collected data to integrated smart city platforms and safety networks, reinforcing public safety. It also aims to serve as a network hub to promote and disseminate innovative, convergence-based smart city technologies both domestically and internationally.
