April 19, 2024 – Autonomous robot service company Neubility announced today that it has partnered with South Florida Security Group (SFS Group), a U.S.-based integrated security services company, to localize its patrol robot service.

The two companies have recently signed a contract to jointly conduct a Proof of Concept (PoC) to explore innovative security services using robots, focusing on communities in Florida where SFS Group provides security services. With this partnership, Neubility plans to expand its presence in the North American market.

Starting on April 8, the service will run for three months, deploying Neubility’s patrol robots at the Doral Isles Club House, a high-end residential complex in Miami, Florida, housing 1,700 households. The goal is to enhance security and safety within the community.

During the service period, Neubility’s patrol robots will function as “mobile CCTV,” performing 24/7 autonomous patrols and safety inspections day and night. With the ability to precisely explore large areas, Neubility’s patrol robots effectively address blind spots in security supervision and reduce the workload of security personnel. Additionally, the robots support multi-area monitoring through control screens and offer voice broadcasting functions to deliver immediate alerts in case of unusual situations, significantly improving incident detection and response times.

Sangmin Lee, CEO of Neubility, stated, “This technology verification will be a significant milestone in Neubility’s successful entry into the North American market. I am confident that Neubility robots, designed to be widely applicable in diverse environments, will prove their value through this verification.”
